PS Writes provides bespoke personal statement and application support services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for your order are confirmed at checkout or in writing before work begins.
Payment is required to secure an order unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices, turnaround times, and any applicable extras are shown before payment. Once work has started, refunds are assessed fairly and in line with the work already completed.
Your package may include a stated revision period. Revision requests must relate to the agreed brief and be submitted within that period. New briefs, additional applications, or significant changes may require a new quote.
You are responsible for supplying accurate information, responding to requests in a timely manner, and reviewing all final work before submission. PS Writes cannot guarantee admissions outcomes or accept responsibility for decisions made by universities or other third parties.
Our work is intended to support your own application process. You must use it responsibly and in accordance with the academic integrity requirements of the institutions you apply to. You remain the author of all submitted materials.
We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
